Paul Pendell – Pastor

Pastor Pendell was reared in East Lansing, Michigan. Go Spartans! He was saved as an eighteen year old and led to the Lord under the ministry of Lake Lansing Baptist Church and Pastor Roy Shelpman. Two years later, the Lord called him to preach while counseling at a summer camp. Passing on his goal of being an interpreter for the U.N., he attend Bible college and received a BA degree in Bible.

Pastor Pendell spent nineteen years as a Youth Pastor in a ministry in North Carolina and two ministries in Illinois. He also served twelve years as a senior pastor in Michigan. New Life Baptist Church became home in 2016.

Paul and Debbie have three sons: Paul Curtis Pendell married to Whitney, Stephen married to Anna, and Brent; and three grandchildren.
